Welcome to SalaSMS. By accessing or using our cloud-based school management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Platform Subscriptions

SalaSMS offers various subscription tiers. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan (Monthly or Annually). You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes to your plan will alter the available features immediately.

2. Tenant Responsibilities

As a school administrator, you are responsible for the data entered into your tenant database. You must ensure you have the appropriate consent from parents or guardians to manage student data within the platform. You agree maintaining the confidentiality of your administrator credentials.

3. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, we may occasionally perform scheduled maintenance. We will notify primary admins in advance of any significant downtime affecting our Central Systems.

4. Limitation of Liability

SalaSMS is provided "as is". In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.
