Unlike traditional software where data is mixed together, every single school provisioned on SalaSMS gets their own logically and physically isolated database partition. Your data physically cannot cross-pollinate with another school's infrastructure.

AES-256 Encryption

All web traffic is encrypted securely in transit over TLS 1.3, and all underlying databases are securely encrypted at rest using AES-256 block-level encryption inside our secure VPC networks.

Nightly Offsite Backups

We utilize an automated spooling agent to ensure that a fully encrypted, point-in-time snapshot of your entire database architecture is backed up safely to an off-site S3 block storage module every single night.
