Because SalaSMS utilizes a strict multi-tenant architecture, your school's database is physically isolated from all other tenants. We do not aggregate student or staff data across tenants, and we do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances. Each school has full jurisdiction over their student records.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you register for an account, such as your name, email address, phone number, and school details. Inside the platform, designated administrators manage their own users (students, parents, and staff).
3. How We Use and Share Information
We use your information solely to provide, maintain, and improve our services. We may process payment information through secure third-party gateways (such as Stripe) for subscription billing. We do not share student records with external advertisers.
